Judges
The judges of the Irish Healthcare Awards 2026 comprise a carefully selected panel of senior healthcare leaders drawn from across the Irish health system. The panel includes senior clinicians, nurses and midwives, health system and policy leaders, academic experts, professional college representatives and patient advocates, ensuring a broad, informed and balanced perspective.
Together, they represent public and independent healthcare providers, national and regional health system leadership, academia and research, professional bodies and patient organisations. This balance is designed to ensure that every entry is assessed fairly, rigorously and with a strong understanding of frontline care, system impact and patient experience.
Judges review all submissions independently before coming together for a final judging day to agree the shortlist and select the winners.
The judges generously give their time and expertise to the Awards, with many returning year after year. We extend our sincere thanks to the judging panel for their commitment and contribution.
The full judging panel for 2026 will be revealed soon.
